SENIORS CLEARANCE

*If you have a "N" next to your student ID under any of the columns, you still owe an item and you are not cleared for graduation and/or to pick up your diploma.
For example: If you have an N for the Attendance column, you must clear your full day absences.
Pick up your Uncleared Absences Letter from the Counseling Office (Ms. Thompson) beginning Thursday 05/30.
*Any date with 3 or more period absences must be cleared by writing in the reason for the absence(s).
All Uncleared Absences Letters must be signed by your parent/guardian and returned to the Counseling Office.
Turn in any overdue LIBRARY BOOKS now. Turn in your Textbooks. Turn in your Athletic Uniforms. etc. etc.
CAP N GOWN DISTRIBUTION
-WILL TAKE PLACE ON TUESDAY, JUNE 4 THROUGH YOUR ENGLISH CLASS.
-ONLY STUDENTS THAT HAVE COMPLETED CLEARANCE (SEE ABOVE) WILL BE ALLOWED TO PICK UP THEIR CAP N GOWN

GRADUATION PRACTICE & PANORAMA PICTURE

Please report to the Football Field at the start of the school day (8:30am).
Please bring your Graduation Gown for the Senior Panorama Photo.

GRADUATION TICKETS
- Tickets will be distributed WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5 AFTER SCHOOL.
- LOCATION: Outside the THEATER
- 6 Tickets will be given to each graduating senior
- Additional tickets may be released on Thursday, June 6. Details forthcoming.
GRADUATION INFORMATION
Graduating Seniors: Please report to the Maple Gate (Main Office) at 3:00pm with your cap & gown etc. Students that do not check in will not participate in the graduation ceremony.

Santee Education Complex Football Stadium
- Every graduating senior will be provided with SIX (6) tickets.
- Children age 5 and under do NOT need a ticket.
- All graduation tickets are FREE (no cost)
- Tickets will be distributed to graduating seniors the week of Monday, June 5
*No Balloons, Signs, or Noisemakers >>>> these items will be confiscated at the gate and not returned
*No food or beverages allowed
DIPLOMA PICK UP
- Diplomas will be distributed on Tuesday, June 11 between 9:00 am and 12:00pm
- LOCATION: Maple Avenue school entrance / Main Office
- Diplomas will not be given to graduates if you have yet to turn in your school issued device (Chromebook), your school issued textbooks, your school issued library materials, and your school issued athletic uniforms.
