Rules and Expectations

 

• be in their seats, ready to learn, when the tardy bell rings.

• turn off phones, music players, electronic devices, and keep them in their pockets or backpacks: NOT visible.

• keep earphones/buds in their pockets/ backpacks and not visible.

• remove hats, and/or lower hoods when they enter the classroom.

• remove backpacks when they sit down and store them on the back of their seat or the floor.

• bring pencils, pens, paper, books, and supplies every day.

• be permitted to bring water into the classroom, but not food or soft drinks.

• stay in their seats, working, until dismissed by their teacher—NOT packing up early and standing at the door waiting for the bell.

• think, learn, grow, and be successful every day at Santee E.C.
