Please complete this form if you would like to refer a family to the Healthy Start Navigator, Ms. Dial.

Please fill out and return by email (subject: student's first and last initial only) or hardcopy (the form is also available as an attachment -- scroll down to FILES)
 
The Healthy Start Navigator can link families to resources regarding, but not limited to:
  • Academics
  • Family Support
  • Basic Needs (Food, Shelter, Clothing)
  • Physical and Mental Health Care
  • Dental and Vision Services
  • Health Insurance Enrollments & Renewals (Medi-Cal and Covered CA)

If you are interested in sponsoring an event or would like to reserve an itinerant classroom or any other campus location (quad, blacktop, theater, football field, etc.) at Santee Education Complex, please complete and submit the Santee Education Complex Activity Sheet [GOOGLE FORM] at least two weeks before the event.
